Individual Psychotherapy: Sessions run for 50-minutes and clients are seen at a minimum of once a week, with the option to increase sessions. I prefer in-person sessions located at my office in Seattle, WA.
Fees: I take Premera Blue Cross insurance. For those outside of Premier insurance, my rate is $140 for an individual session. I can draft a superbill to be submitted to other insurances for potential reimbursement.
Superbills: Other insurance providers may cover a portion or the full cost depending on your plan. For clarification on your insurance coverage, I suggest reaching out to your provider with the following questions:
