Individual and Couples Psychotherapy: Sessions run for 50-minutes and clients are seen at a minimum of once a week, with the option to increase sessions. I prefer in-person sessions located at my office in Seattle, WA.
Fees: I take Premera Blue Cross, Anthem, and Lifewise insurance. For those outside of these insurances, my rate is $150 for an individual session. I can draft superbills to be submitted to other insurances for potential reimbursement.
